Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI)

Assess anxiety level and severity

The Beck Anxiety Inventory assesses a broad range of emotional, physical, cognitive and behavioural symptoms that represent important dimensions of anxiety. Each item that clients are asked to answer are descriptive of subjective, somatic, or panic-related symptoms of anxiety.


REPORT OPTIONS

  • Interpretive Report – this report indicates a client’s t-score, raw score, percentile rank, diagnostic range and endorsed items.

  • Progress Report – this report indicates changes in client’s scores over time, as well as provides operational definitions for clinical outcomes


AREAS OF APPLICATION

The BAI has been found to discriminate well between anxious and non-anxious diagnostic groups in a variety of clinical populations.
